Returns & refunds

For purposes of this Refund Policy and elsewhere on the website, "KiND" means Olivia Orange (PTY) Limited, Reg nr: 2018/245236/07. Olivia Orange's head office is located at 23 Carstens Road, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa; email address:

1.1 Right to return

If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason (other than if it is defective) and wish to return it, you may do so within 10 (ten) days of the date that the goods were delivered to you or collected by you.

The goods must be in their original condition and packaging, with the stickers and labels attached and you must have the invoice and the delivery note.

If you received the goods as a gift, the receipt and the delivery note is still required.

You cannot return goods if they show signs of use, have been taken apart or altered or if the labels are not attached to the goods.

Unfortunately perfume can not be returned, unless it is in it's original packaging with the cellophane intact. 

Unfortunately pre-order items cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase we will do our best to exchange the item for something we have in our stock.

1.2 Incorrect item delivered

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong goods to you, or if the goods are not as described on the website:

Please do not remove any of the stickers or labels, or remove the goods from its original packaging.

Notify us immediately via and we will collect the goods from you at no charge. You can then choose if we should:

deliver the correct goods to you as soon as possible (if available); or

issue you with a refund (using the same method of payment you originally used for the purchase).

Please note that a refund is not available if you received the goods as a gift.

1.3 Return methods

You may return the goods at no additional charge within 10 days of receipt to the KiND showroom in Cape Town with the invoice or delivery note.

If you are sending the goods back via courier: all returns must be shipped freight (and insurance) prepaid within 10 days of receipt. 

Please contact Customer Services via, specifying the reason why you are returning the goods.

Please pack the goods into the original packaging into the courier bag and send the tracking code to 

1.4 Refunds for returned goods

We will refund you in full if the goods are returned in the original condition, as stated in article 1.1.
