FAQ's about KiND Pre-Loved
I WOULD LIKE TO TRADE IN MY CHILD’S CLOTHES FOR CREDIT. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Gather your pre-loved KiND garments and make sure that there are no holes, stains, or buttons missing. Email us pictures of the garments with a short description. We will review your email and get back to you within a few business days.
Once we confirm which pieces to send, we ask that you ship all items within seven days of our confirmation. Upon arrival, we will check the pieces and confirm the price that you will receive per item within one week. As soon as the item is accepted, your shop credit will be issued.
MY CHILD’S GARMENT HAS A VERY SMALL GRASS STAIN, WILL YOU ACCEPT IT?
We must ensure that all our preloved items are in very good condition: this means no stains, holes, or missing buttons.*
We inspect all items very closely and reserve the right not to accept the clothing if the condition does not meet our standards. We will let you know upon receipt if we find a noticeable imperfection and offer you two options: 1) if you would like an item sent back to you, we kindly ask that you pay R 50 for return shipping or 2) we will gladly donate the item for you to a charity.
*Some parents remove tags to avoid irritating sensitive skin. If your item has a tag removed, please indicate that in your email to us. These items will be decided on a case by case basis.
Please note that we cannot accept underwear, tights and socks.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEES?
You are responsible for the shipping fee to send your garments to us in Cape Town. We highly recommend a tracking service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages en route to us. If you want to make use of the Postnet to Postnet service - flat rate 99 rands - we split the costs. Please email us for the right Postnet address.
